
Pablo Vega: the Chef
The Ménade restaurant is in the expert hands of head chef Pablo Vega. The chef, who was born in Málaga in 1988, has enjoyed an enviable career. Proof of this are the different awards and prizes that he has received during his professional career. With Pablo Vega at the head of the kitchen, Ménade does not fail to stand out on the local and national gastronomic scene.
He started his career at Paco Pérez’s Miramar restaurant in Llança, which boasts two Michelin stars. At just 24 years old, he received his first Michelin star at the Alejandro restaurant in Almería. From there he returned to his roots, spending three years at the Óleo restaurant in Costa del Sol’s capital. His most recent work includes gastronomic consultant to event companies in Brazil, chef for the Maracas group and chef at the Gloria Bendita restaurant in Frigiliana.

Headed by Pablo Vega, Ménade’s kitchen and restaurant team are all set to revolutionise the gastronomic scene. The Ménade project may have only begun in January 2022, but it is bursting with great and innovative gastronomic proposals that never fail to delight our diners.
